We certainly can. Our licenced electricians, gas fitters and plumbers will install your appliance safely and neatly. It is important to remember that some new ovens are different sizes to the ones being replaced, so there may be remedial cabinet work required. We can recommend a specialist cabinet maker if you don’t have one of your own.
Yes they are. You will be serviced by the right person for your specific job. We will work with you during the job booking to assess the likely fault to make sure you have the correct technician assigned.
Yes. Part of the purpose for the fault assessment done during the job booking is help us to bring the right parts with us on the first call. Our aim is to fix the fault the during the first call out.
Most definitely. We have a multi million dollar insurance policy that covers both our employees and our workmanship.
You can pay by card or EFT directly to our bank account. If paying by card our system will automatically charge your card of the day of the service. If paying by EFT we will need to have received the payment by the morning of the job.
Where possible we work with you to give you your preferred time and day. We also call/message you to confirm the job the day before and message you approx. 15 minutes before our arrival on the day.
All our work is guaranteed! Our tradespeople and technicians are qualified and accredited for the work they perform, and all jobs will meet the required government and industry body standards at a minimum. We work safely to maintain yours!
Other than the basics of your name and contact details we also required the make, model, and serial number of your appliance, plus a description of the fault. We understand that sometimes the faults are hard to explain, or are intermittent, so photos or videos of the problem are helpful to have available – especially for the intermittent ones!
