Yes you can. We will work with you to find a time that is suitable for your schedule. Sometimes though we cannot make it the next day as we are attending to breakdowns or emergencies, so it is helpful to have a 2nd preferred time slot ready to go. Our bookings are for either an AM or PM time slot and we will message you approximately 30 minutes before our arrival. As a courtesy we will also contact you the day before the job to remind you that we are coming and at what time
Yes we can. Some of our technicians are licensed to service and repair your home gas appliances
Yes we can. What we can’t do is guarantee their quality. The products will need to be certified for use in the Australian market too.
Yes, Camtec accept major credit cards and EFTPOS. You can also EFT direct to our bank account?
No you don’t need to prepay, but we do require payment on the morning of the booked day. This can be done over the phone, or automatically via your credit card. We will discuss this with you when the job is being booked.
